July 4, 2023-Riyadh, KSA: Mrs. Lisa Robinson,
ExecuAve Supervisor of the Saudi Ladies Polo Tournament,
signed a cooperation agreement with Mrs. Haya Al-Sunaidi , the Owner and General Manager of the
Sunaidi Expo Est. , grant the laNer the opportunity to become the strategic partner in the upcoming
November championship that will be held in Nofa Equestrian Resort and at Reem International Circuit in
Riyadh.
Based on this agreement Sunaidi Expo Est. will be the strategic partner to supervise and organize the
Jewelry & Watches Exhibition within the fashion exhibition, which is held on the sidelines of the Ladies
Polo Championship that will take place for the first Ame in Saudi Arabia.
Lisa Robinson, the ExecuAve Director of Hooves Sports Company, the organizer of Ladies Polo
Tournament under the supervision of Saudi Polo Federation, clarified that the joining of Sunaidi Expo to
the team as a specialized partner in Jewelry Exhibition provides the opportunity for the luxurious
Jewelry & Watches Sponsors to promote their brands in one of a kind event that will be organized on an
international level.
From her side, Mrs. Haya Al Sunaidi stressed the importance of organizing the Ladies Polo Championship,
a one of its kind event in which female players from the Royal Family from Saudi Arabia, Middle East &
Europe are parAcipaAng in it. It is a very important event that supports and empowers female sports in
general and polo sport in particular.
A sport that has always been associated historically and globally
with the most major and luxurious Jewelry, Watches, Cars and many luxurious classic brands.
It is the reason behind the participation of Sunaidi Expo in organizing the special day for fashion and
heritage, especially that it will take place in Riyadh on the fields of Saudi Polo federation in Nofa
Equestrian Resort and the on the Reem international Circuit which will host the entertainment events
accompanying the sports events that will be held in Nofa Resort.

مؤتمراً صحفياً في الرياض، للكشف عن تفاصيل بطولة البولو للسيدات التي ينظمها الاتحاد السعودي للبولو، بالشراكة مع شركة الحوافر الرياضية في شهر نوفمبر 2023 على ملاعب أكاديمية الاتحاد بمنتجع نادي نوفا للفروسية (غرب الرياض).
بحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المهندس عمرو زيدان، وماجد قاروب رئيس الشركة، والأمريكية ليزا روبنسون مدير البطولة، وفيصل بن دويس المدير التنفيذي
للاتحاد، واللاعبات السعوديات المشاركات في البطولة.
وكان المهندس إبراهيم أبو عمه المسؤول عن البرنامج التدريبي
للسيدات، قد قدم خلال المؤتمر الصحفي نبذة عن البرنامج الإعدادي للفارسات السعوديات في البطولة
.
من جهته وصف المهندس عمرو زيدان رئيس الاتحاد، إقامة البطولة للسيدات لأول مرة بالخطوة المهمة نحو تحقيق أهداف الاتحاد السعودي للبولو بنشر اللعبة وتعزيز المشاركات النسائية حتى تكون في جاهزية تامة للاستحقاقات الخارجية القادمة.
وأوضح زيدان خلال المؤتمر الصحفي، أن البطولة سيشارك فيها 18 لاعبة، من السعودية واسبانيا وهولندا وبريطانيا والامارات والكويت والبحرين وقطر والأردن والمغرب، مؤكداً أن البطولة ستقام وفق المعايير العالمية لنوعية الحضور والفئات المستهدفة للعبة حول العالم.
وقدم رئيس الاتحاد، شكره للجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية لجهودها واهتمامها بفعاليات الاتحاد، وكذلك هيئة الفروسية، بدعم لا محدود من
خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان ولي العهد.
في حين أوضحت مدير البطولة ليزا روبنسون، أن البطولة سيصاحبها عروض تراثية وأخرى للأزياء لتحقق المناسبة جميع المستهدفات الثقافية والسياحية والترفيهية والرياضية بنشر اللعبة وتمكين المرأة في السعودية.
أعلن الاتحاد السعودي للبولو إقامة بطولة بولو للسيدات لأول مرة، خلال شهر نوفمبر القادم، على ملاعب أكاديمية الاتحاد.وبدأت التجهيزات لإعداد أول فريق نسائي سعودي للبولو، ليلعب مباريات البطولة ضد فرق نسائية للبولو عربية ودولية، تضم عددا من ممارسات اللعبة.
وسعى الاتحاد السعودي للبولو للبدء في تأهيل الفارسات السعوديات لممارسة اللعبة والمشاركة في البطولة التي سيصاحبها عروض للأزياء من الدول المشاركة في الفريق العربي والدولي.
وأوضح رئيس الاتحاد السعودي للبولو عمر زيدان أن اهتمام مجلس الإدارة بتفعيل الرياضة النسائية وتسهيل كافة الأمور لتذليل المعوقات التي تواجههم، ونشر اللعبة، وفقاً لإستراتيجية الاتحاد، المتوافقة مع اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية.

The Women’s Polo Tournament
